With a Brand Audit, my job is to come in and analyse your brand to assess how it’s performing in line with your vision and culture, as well as where it sits in the competitive industry that you’re in.

This is an observational assessment of how your brand is being conveyed. Think of my brand audit as a much-needed fresh perspective that will confirm whether or not your branding is where it’s supposed to be. Ready?

How often do I need a brand audit?

Essentially, a brand audit is a great idea whenever you undergo a change in your branding, such as a rebrand, or you are curious about how your brand is performing. You may also feel like your brand is letting you down or not helping you to reach your full potential as a business.

If you’ve recently implemented changes as suggested from a previous brand audit, it can be helpful to have another brand audit 6-12 months down the line to get a clear understanding of how these changes have impacted your brand’s performance and determine whether any further action is needed to get the most out of your branding.

What can I expect from my brand audit?

As an expert Brand Auditing specialist, I help you to gain a fresh perspective on your branding and understand what’s working and what’s not to boost the performance of your brand over time.

This process can be as simple or as comprehensive as you like.

It’s totally up to you!

Initially, I’ll begin with an external brand audit, observing and assessing your branding from the outside. I’ll then set up a time with you to go over my observations and discuss your goals for your brand to help guide my recommendations to help you get there.

From there, it’s about you taking the steps you need to take to help your brand reach its potential and become the best it can be.

What immediate steps should I take after my brand audit is complete?

Well, that all depends on the results of your brand audit. Once I’ve had a chance to sit down with you and discuss my feedback on your brand, your next steps will become much clearer.

If there are several recommendations to implement as a result of my brand audit, then I will let you know what these are, as well as tell you which of these is most urgent or important to get done first.

Sometimes, it may be that there are no significant recommendations to be made. In this case, it’s business as usual for you. Keep doing what you’re doing, because it’s working!

At any rate, you can feel 100% confident that I will outline all the immediate steps that I believe you should take for your brand once my audit is complete.

What’s the difference between a brand audit and brand consulting?

In a nutshell, my expert brand consulting services involve taking a deep dive into your business to help you get your brand to where you want it to be.

Unlike a brand audit, brand consulting is typically undertaken with a specific goal or idea in mind – whereas a brand audit is more of a health check-up of your brand to see where it’s at.

In some cases, there is nothing that needs to be done following a brand audit. However, if there are recommendations to be made or work to be done to improve your brand after an audit, I am more than happy to come in as a brand consultant to help you achieve your goals and fuel your brand to reach its full potential.
